Shipping

Orders ship from our warehouse within 2 business days of the preorder window closing.

  • United States3–5 business days · Free over $75
  • Canada5–8 business days · $12 flat
  • Europe & UK7–10 business days · $18 flat
  • Rest of world10–14 business days · $25 flat

Tracking is emailed the moment your order leaves our warehouse. Duties and taxes outside the US may be collected on delivery.

Returns

Not the fit you wanted? Send them back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked.

  1. Email hello@ridleyshade.com with your order number.
  2. We'll send a prepaid return label (US) or instructions (international).
  3. Drop the package off and we'll refund the original payment within 5 business days of receipt.

Frames must be unworn and returned in the original case. International customers cover return shipping.
