When will my preorder ship?+
We close the preorder window once we hit our production target, then ship within 2 business days. You'll get an email with a tracking number the moment your pair leaves the warehouse.
What are the frames made of?+
TR90 — a lightweight, flexible nylon used in performance eyewear. Nearly unbreakable, and it doesn't get heavy on long days.
Are the lenses polarized?+
Yes. Every Ridley ships with polarized lenses that cut glare from water, snow, and asphalt. 100% UVA / UVB protection.
Will they fit my face?+
The Ridley is a medium-large wraparound built to sit close without slipping. If they don't fit the way you want, send them back within 30 days for a full refund.
Is there a warranty?+
One pair, for life. We cover any manufacturing defect — broken hinges, frame splits, lens delamination — for as long as you own them. Email a photo and we'll replace or repair.
What about scratched lenses?+
Lens scratches aren't covered by the warranty, but we'll swap them at cost. You cover return shipping.
